Hello and welcome to my website showing a photographic collection that my late grandfather left me. Mr A.J. Bradford joined the Bristol and Colonial Aeroplane Company in July 1912 at a wage of 15/- a week. He joined the army in 1914 and was severely wounded at Arras, joining the R.F.C upon his recovery. He had the distinction of being in the R.A.F on it's first day of existence.
